李志延原文:Amarone - dark chocolate, full bodied, high alcohol, powerful, dried prunes; Barolo - roses, earth, truffles, roasted herbs, high acid & firm tannins; Barbaresco - floral, dark cherry, chewy tannins, more elegant rendition of Nebbiolo; Brunello - blackberries/cherries, earth, rosemary, firm/rounded tannins, long aging potential; Chianti - medium bodied & easy going/easy to enjoy, great with food with cherry and earth notes.
